Speaker and Podcast Guest

Honest, warm conversations about midlife, resilience and finding calm again.

Sophie Lane Fox is a midlife mindset coach who works with capable women who look like they have it all together, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected inside.

Through her THE A3 PRINCIPLE™ of Awareness, Acceptance and Allowing, she blends practical mindset coaching with breathwork, meditation and EFT to help women feel calmer and more like themselves again. She works with the whole person: mind, body and spirit.

She speaks with warmth and honesty, and always leaves her audience with something they can use straight away.

"Very little shocks Sophie, and people quickly feel they can talk to her about anything."

More Than Her Training

What Sophie brings goes far beyond her training. She calls it her VLE: various life experiences.

The founder of three businesses and a mum of three, she has supported her family through long term illness and disordered eating, grieved the loss of a young family member, and lost several close friends to suicide. She has also recently waved her youngest off to university, so she knows the empty nest first hand.

Her own spiritual journey runs through all of it, and sits at the heart of how she helps women find a deeper sense of meaning, purpose and inner peace.

Working With Veterans

Alongside her coaching, Sophie mentors wounded veterans living with PTSD, which has profoundly shaped her understanding of trauma and resilience.

Connection in a Disconnected World

We've never been more connected online, yet so many women feel lonely, anxious and unseen. Sophie explores how to reconnect with ourselves first, and why that's the key to deeper connection with others.

When Midlife Turns Life Upside Down

Midlife often brings changes we never saw coming: children leaving home, relationships shifting, careers changing, health or loss stopping us in our tracks. Sophie shares how to navigate these transitions with less fear and more curiosity, and how to rediscover your sense of self, direction and, yes, your mojo.
