Private High-Frequency Coaching
Most coaching offers one conversation per week. My Mindset Transformation Method® is intentionally different. I work privately with a small number of clients at a time, which allows for a level of depth, discretion, and consistency not possible in traditional coaching methods.
Private 1:1 coaching includes:
- 30-minute sessions
- 3–4 times per week
- Minimum three-month engagement
This structure allows change to happen in real time, building clarity, confidence, and lasting progress week by week.
Tailored to you:
Session focus evolves around your needs, with flexible scheduling, voice-note support between sessions, and bespoke meditation or affirmation recordings to support you throughout the process.

How much time does this take each week?
Most clients spend around two hours a week total in sessions, which is the same time commitment as a single longer weekly session, just spread out throughout the week for greater support.
What if I can’t commit to 3–4 sessions long-term?
You don’t need to. The frequency is highest at the beginning to build momentum, but sessions can be reduced over time as confidence and independence grow. Sessions can also be rescheduled if needed.
Is this therapy?
No, this is coaching, not therapy. We focus on understanding patterns, building awareness, and creating practical change in your day-to-day life.
What if I’m not sure what I want yet?
That’s completely okay. Many women begin feeling unclear. Clarity often comes through the process, not before it.
How much does coaching cost?
